Masinagudi Trip

Hi all,
I am back with a new trip to Masinagudi last month. I was with my college mates and was an amazing trip. Masinagudi is an amazing place to visit. Masinagudi is around 30kms from Ooty, Tamilnadu, India. It is around 21kms from the famous Bandipur national park,Karnataka and Mudhumalai wild sanctuary, Tamilnadu. I took a trip from Bangalore in bike which took me almost 5:30 hrs to reach Masinagudi. It was very beautiful and pleasant there. I with my friend Venkat started @ 6 am from Bangalore. We first stopped in Bidadi for tea, then in channapatna, a place very famous for the making of toys. Then stopped at Maddur for relaxation. We had an awesome breakfast at a small roadside shop. We spent some time in Photography as well. Then stopped in Mandya, Shrirangapatna, Mysore. To say all these places were spectacular. From Mysore,, we took the state highway 212 and reached Gundulpet. We stopped there for lunch. We had our lunch which was very quick and we wanted to leave as soon as possible from there as the clouds were dark. We went to Theppakadu from there. Theppakadu is a very famous place for elephants, as there is an elephant camp for domestic elephants. Theppakadu is around 9 kms from Masinagudi. I think everyone must go there and visit one of the heavens present on Earth.

Fattest to the slimmest

Hello everyone,

It has been a while since I've written any posts. I am here to share some interesting stuff . Nikhil was in his second year of graduation, in a college in Hyderabad. He was not one of the active students in his class. Nikhil studied well though. Nikhil lived in Hyderabad, Andhrapradesh. He was studying his electrical engineering. Then arrived a girl named Shreya in his department in the first year. She was his junior.

It was on a day in the month of June. Every senior student began to check out new girls in the college. So Nikhil accomponied his friends. He, in particular didnot have any interest in taking a look at the new girls. It was then when Nikhil saw Shereya for the first time. He was flattered. Any word which could describe her beauty can be mentioned here. But I don't want to waste time on that. She was beautiful enough for him. He immediately fell in love with her. It might have took him a fraction of seconds to fall in love with her.

After a few days she realized that Nikhil follows her where she goes , both inside and outside the college except her house of course. She was not bothered about him, but she knew that someone is behind her all the time.

One fine day, this guy (Nihkil) decided to say his love to Shreya. Shreya had a lot of friends in her college . She was never alone. He had tried to propose to her everytime , he saw her. He was not able to do it. one fine day he proposed to her "I love you". Then she started laughing , and  she said "Look at you!", look at yourself . You are damn fat, and look like a clown. She left after that. Nikhil was agitated for the next few days. He mwt with one of his old friends who told him about weightloss. Ridiculous weight loss. He weighed a dirty 207lbs (94kgs) and this is where he started his journey. He ran 1km, he ran 3km,5km,6km,8km,10,12,13,15km then this was his life.running was addicted. In a span of 6 months he lost around 55pounds(25kgs). He went to her, now she was stunned after he went to her with his new appearance. Now what, said Nikhil. I'ts really amazing how a little amount of inspiration makes you a new person.

Problems %$&^$%^&%^ everywhere!!!!

Hey people,

Incident #1-It has been a while since I've prodded y'all with some incidents. Let me start off with one. The special thing is, it just happened yesterday. 5:30 pm I was walking on the sidewalk of a main road. It was a peak hour in Bangalore, India. Pollution was at its best! Everyone was busy. I was listening to "Everything's not lost" by coldplay and was walking on the pavement. A speedy car passed by and splashed water on me. I was more concerned about my clothes than myself.( being a bachelor). I shouted at the peak of my voice, that he could hear me and stop the car. Oh yes! he stopped the car. I went near the car. He got down from the four wheeled vehicle and came rushing towards me. I asked him,why the hell, did you do this to me. The answer that gave me was astonishing! He said " I do this everyday, people never shout at me, its just the way how it goes". I was like "What the hell    are you talking?", he went away. I came off. I just thought about the answer that he gave me. When people don't bother or fight against any mistake, nothing gets solved. Its as simple as that.

Incident #2- A man inside a car, was scolding a beggar because the beggar was annoying asking the man to give him some money. I could see all this because I walk from my office to home. The beggar didn't get money from the rich man, he came off to the next car, there was no response again. He went to the platform of the main road and opened his bag which contained a lot of money. ( I meaning it) He took some change from his bag and went to the tea shop. You may think, what is the problem here. The problem is : I asked myself , why does he need to beg when he has a lot of money. Moreover, the beggar was healthy and was not handicapped or impaired. He is confident enough that people will give him money everyday , so that he doesn't have to work. He is actually lazy. Always think before giving money to beggars.

The distance from my office to home is just 2.5 Kms. Within 2kms, I found 2 incidents which were socially unacceptable from my point of view. Imagine how many problems we would face if we were to to walk a longer distance. This is just opinion on some of the people, who just spoil their city, state, country. Think about it.

Bloody experience!

Hey folks, I am going to share one of my experiences with you. Its my pleasure to share it with you. It was a wierd experience for me. I never expected this to come in my life. When I was graduating in software engineering, like everyone else, I had a lot of friends. (I still have a lot of friends). Every three months, our college conducts a blood donation camp. As per our college rules, whoever donates blood  for the blood daonation camp, can take a half day leave as an OD(on duty). So I and most of my friends used to go to movie theatres. So just to hang out, we began to donate blood. For people wondering or questioning "why these guys donate blood just to hang out with friends?", I have an answer. Its just because we were engineering students and we had lots of assignments and hated most of our professors. We never wanted to stay in our campus. So, it was fun. Then an year passed by. I was in my third year of graduation. One Sunday, I got a phone call from my friend saying that his aunt needs blood. They wanted O-ve(O Negetive), which is my blood group. I didnot want to donate blood on a Sunday. But I knew that I had to help my friend. So I went to Theni( A place in Tamilnadu,India) from Madurai(A place in Tamilnadu,India).I travelled on a bus. I travelled for two hours.I reached the Theni bus-station. The weather was very hot. I thought why should I spoil my Sunday?. Then, I took another bus from that bus-station to the hospital. I reached the hospital. My friend's relatives recieved me and took me to the place where my friend's aunt was admitted. I never knew about her problem in health. I never bothered to ask, beacuse I would feel pity for her. It could have made me mentally uncomfortable. So I saw her and told her that she would recover soon. Then I went to the Labratory. They checked my blood group and weight. Then I donated blood. I was happy that I have helped someone.I was done with my work there. I was talking to my friend . Suddenly a compounder came to me and ask whether I know people who can donate blood. I told him that I am not sure about it, but I would try to bring people. Then he asked me to come with him for a minute to the genral ward. I thought there is no harm in going there and I went along. I saw so many poor people expecting people to donate blood for them. There was no one to take care of them. I was shocked. I saw old people and I spoke to them, they told me that their children admitted them there and went away after giving them some money. Now, most of them wanted blood. They didnot have people to help them. People who needed Opositive(O+ve) were also suffering. I knew that O+ve was easily available if someone would organize and make students aware of whats going on. Students would help. From then on, I stopped donating blood in my college. In fact, I asked my close friends not to donate blood in college. I wanted students to help the poor. So after that day, I have donated blood in more than 5 emergency cases including a heart surgery and a blood cancer emergency. I have a reason to live. People have blessed me that I have been useful to save lives. I love that feeling when you save a life. It makes you feel proud. Life is not just about materialism. It is all about your heart.

Almost Dead

I am going to share an incident that occured in my childhood. It was a wierd incident. I and  my mother were travelling from Kerala(A state in India) to Chennai ( A City in Tamilnadu,India). I was somewhere around three years old. The train stopped at a station (I am not sure about the station's name) . My mother got down from the train and went to get something to eat for me and herself. I was alone on the train. As a kid, I just came out of the train looking for my mother . The station was very crowded. Once I got down from the train, I slipped from the  train's footboard and some how went under the train. I was on the track and above me was the train. I started weeping. People nearby heard some kid crying. Well, It was me! By this time, my mom had returned from the  railway kiosk and found me on the track where the train was supposed to move upon. She screamed!. The train gave its huge horn, an alarm to tell people that its going to move. People ran to the guard compartment, to tell him that there was a baby on the track. Some people also pulled the red chain on the train compartment which is used to stop the train in case of any emergency. I never knew how the train never moved . It was god's gift to me. Then people grabbed me and removed me from the small gap that is present between the platform level and the track. I got saved. My mother has told me about this incident for more than 50 times. It is a miracle.

Girl in the Bus

Hey People,

I am gonna share an interesting incident that happened in my life. I was travelling in a bus from Madurai ( a place in South India) to Rajapalayam (a place in south India). The bus was very crowded. It was difficult to move, as we all know that India is a highly populated country. Some of the people got down from the bus and then people started taking their seats. Even after that, some people had to stand since all the seats were occupied. I suddenly turned, I saw a beautiful girl. She was also staring at me. I was happy, that a beautiful girl is looking at me. Now, this went on for more than 10 minutes.Suddenly I realised that She was actually looking somwhere behind me. I was so stupid that I realized it so lately. Then I turned and I found that she was actually looking at another boy and not me. How stupid id it guys? Anyways I never give up. I started searching for another beautiful girl would look at me.
